Harry founded Polaris after seeing too many businesses struggle due to poor planning, weak representation and advice that lacked real commercial ownership. Having experienced first hand how growth initiatives fail without structure, clarity and accountability, Polaris was created to offer a more disciplined and practical approach to growth, built on integrity and long term thinking.

Before launching Polaris, Harry was a founding member of a technology distributor that grew from inception to £30m in annual revenue. During this time, he played a central role across sales, operations, finance, marketing and fulfilment, supporting vendor launches, improving commercial performance and leading business wide transformation across the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East.

Harry brings a calm, decisive and commercially grounded leadership style to every engagement. He is known for simplifying complexity, creating alignment and helping organisations make better decisions that translate into measurable progress. He is comfortable making difficult decisions when required and believes strongly in enabling and developing existing teams rather than replacing them.

Away from work, Harry lives near London with his wife, daughter, two dogs and their tortoise. He enjoys travelling, experiencing new cultures and spending time with family and friends.
