Harry founded Polaris after seeing too many technology vendors struggle because of poor planning, weak representation and advice that lacked real commercial insight. He experienced first-hand how launches fail when the wrong partners are chosen or when channel strategies are not built on data, structure and long term thinking. Polaris was created to deliver a more honest, practical and effective approach, built around integrity, accountability and a belief that growth should be achieved the right way.

Before launching Polaris, Harry played a central role as a founding member of a technology distributor that grew from its earliest days to £30m in annual revenue. He has led teams across sales, operations, marketing, finance, customer services and warehousing, guiding the company through complex market conditions while launching vendors, improving commercial performance and transforming internal processes across the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East.

Harry brings a calm, structured and commercially grounded style to every engagement. His focus is on simplifying complexity, creating alignment and helping organisations achieve measurable progress. He believes in giving clear advice, setting high standards and working closely with clients to build momentum that lasts.

Away from work, Harry lives near London with his wife, daughter, two dogs and their tortoise. He is motivated by creating a business that reflects his values and by giving his daughter as many opportunities in life as possible. He enjoys travelling, discovering new cultures and spending time with family and friends.
